President's Message

There has never been a more exciting time for tourism professionals in the Bluegrass!  With the FEI World Equestrian Games coming in 2010, the Bluegrass Region will be on display to the world as never before.

Tourism professionals throughout our region are coming together in order to promote the industry and its benefit to economic development. Networking and the sharing of information is vital to the success of our organization.  As a Board, we are striving to improve the events we offer and to publize events with more advanced notice to allow a larger number of BHA members to participate.

We ask each of you to share information about BHA with your collegues.  If we are going to succeed in our mission of making the Bluegrass Region a premier destination for travel, then we need a dynamic organization with input from all aspects of the tourism industry.  If you are a stakeholder in the hospitality, travel or tourism industry and want to positively impact that segment of central Kentucky's economy, then you must be a member of BHA!
