President's Message

On behalf of the Bluegrass Hospitality Association, welcome!

 
The hospitality industry in central Kentucky is well-positioned for a healthy and prosperous 2011, and I am delighted to serve as your president this year.

 
As an industry, we enjoyed many successes in 2010, particularly during the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. The Bluegrass Region was showcased in an unprecedented manner throughout the Games, and thousands of visitors left with a wonderful impression of Lexington and the area. We are certainly building a reputation for being one of the friendliest places in the world!

 

In 2011, we want to build on the momentum gained from a tremendous 2010. We will be working diligently to provide our association with meaningful networking opportunities, educational offerings and legislative leadership. In all that we do, we want to make sure this area realizes how important the hospitality industry is to our overall economic development and our quality of life.

 

We encourage you to become a member, get involved and share the news of BHA with your colleagues. We can only succeed with a broad and diverse representation from the hospitality industry in central Kentucky.
