The Bluegrass Hospitality Games is a fun event where teams compete in a series of games to raise money for the BHA’s scholarship initiative. The BHA has awarded numerous scholarships to local students seeking a career in the hospitality industry.

Membership Types & Rates
Rates:
  • Hotel Properties 
    • 150 rooms or less - $300
    • 151 - 350 rooms- $550
    • 351+ rooms - $700
       
  • Food & Beverage/Spirit (10 employees or less) - $300
  • Food & Beverage/Spirit (more than 10 employees) - $550
  • Attraction/Event (non-profit)- $150
  • Attraction/Event- $300
  • Supplier/Vendor/Other- $300
  • Founding Member- $1,500
  • Student Membership/Educator - $25

Membership Types:

Food & Beverage/Spirit Producing
Any restaurant or spirit producing organization in the bluegrass area licensed by the state may apply for membership in BHA in either small (less than 10 employees) and large (over 10 employees) categories.

Attraction/Event (non-profit)
Any 501(c)3 organization involved in industry related activities such as parks, museums, public events, or public sector entities (ex. US Equestrian Federation, Aviation Museum of Kentucky, Georgetown Tourist Commission) may apply for membership in the BHA.

Attraction/Event
Any private sector individual, partnership, firm or corporation engaged in industry related activities (ex.) may apply for membership in the BHA.

Supplier/Vendor/Other
Any private sector supplier, vendor, or other organization engaged in industry related activities (ex. printers, audio visual companies, landscapers) may apply for membership in the BHA.

Founding Member 
The founding membership category is comprised of any individual, partnership, firm or corporation that is eligible for membership in BHA that wishes to support BHA at an elevated level. A founding member pays a one-time endowment of $5,000 to BHA, thereafter paying annual dues of $1,500.

Membership Term
The BHA membership term runs from July 1 - June 30.  New members that join from July through December are expected to pay the full cost of membership.  Membership dues will be prorated after 6 months, on a monthly basis.    

For example: If a new member joins in January, their payment will be for half of the full cost of membership.
